INCENTIVE: River’s incentive is to reunite with the Doctor, she’s been looking for him for several years and is yet to track him down. (This works out nicely as Eleven is being apped at the same time!)
FIT: River would fit well into Eudio because the requirement of physical intimacy is one she’ll happily fulfil. Giving her an incentive is a bonus! Eudio is the kind of place she’d like to visit anyway, being the adventurer she is, and if it’s a place she gets to go and have a little fun (all for the good of the city, of course,) then sign her up now! She’ll adapt well to a new environment, find the city and its natives fascinating, and perhaps use it to do a little extra archeology work (and criminal activity) on the side. When it comes to providing physical intimacy, River will surely do more than her fair share - and she has no complaints about that at all! However, while she enjoys things a little on the risque side, she would never cross the boundaries of consent (and would personally remove the organs of someone if they tried to do so with her.)

ANYTHING ELSE? River is part Time Lord, which gives her great intelligence and heightened strength. She’s quickly able to grasp concepts such as temporal physics, and has no issue forcing her way out of the spacesuit that was holding her prisoner as a child. As a trained assassin, she’s also very skilled with weapons, but at this moment in time will not arrive armed.
